We provide farm produce including, but not limited to, crops and livestock-based products. All offerings are subject to availability, seasonal changes, and quality control standards.
All orders must be fully paid before delivery or collection. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or breach of terms.
Deliveries are made based on prior arrangement and confirmation. Customers must ensure the accuracy of delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Due to the perishable nature of our farm products, returns are not generally accepted. However, we recognize that issues may occasionally arise. Returns and refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to determine the viability of a return based on the condition of the item and timing of the complaint.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product.
We respect your privacy and will only use your information to fulfill orders and communicate with you about our offerings, in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Nigeria.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
